Where it began
Born in the heart of South Punjab
In South Punjab, scent has always been part of life’s ceremony. Attar is dabbed on before Friday prayers, rose water greets wedding guests, and the smoke of oud fills homes on Eid. Dastur grew out of that culture in Vehari, with the wish to bring those rituals into a modern, luxurious bottle.
We wanted perfumes that last through long summer days, feel rich in winter, and carry a quiet dignity. Not loud copies, but blends with character: deep ouds, honeyed ambers, velvet roses and clean musks, each tested on real skin in the climate our customers actually live in.
Today Dastur serves fragrance lovers across Pakistan, one personal conversation at a time.

Rai Qaiser Abbas Kharal
Founder & Nose, Dastur Fragrances
Rai Qaiser Abbas Kharal is the person behind every Dastur bottle. Proud of his Kharal heritage and the land of Punjab, he built Dastur on the values he lives by: honesty, hospitality and respect for the customer.
He selects each blend himself, wears it, lives with it, and only then puts the Dastur name on it. Many customers know him first from his TikTok, where he shares fragrances, poetry and daily life. When you message Dastur on WhatsApp, it is often him who replies.
