RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Customer satisfaction is important to us; however, due to the personal and consumable nature of fragrance products, all purchases are subject to strict quality verification procedures.
Customers may request a return or exchange within 15 days of delivery only if:
- The product received is physically damaged during transit
- An incorrect item was delivered
- The product has a verified manufacturing defect
To initiate a return request, customers must provide:
- Original order details
- Complete unboxing video evidence without cuts or interruptions
- Product images clearly showing the issue
- Original packaging and accessories in unused condition
Returns shall not be accepted under the following conditions:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Personal fragrance preference issues
- Minor packaging variations
- Products used beyond reasonable inspection limits
- Improper storage or exposure to heat, sunlight, moisture, or contamination
- Failure to maintain original product condition
Due to the volatile and chemically sensitive composition of perfume formulations, fragrance performance may vary depending on skin chemistry, environmental conditions, humidity, temperature exposure, and application methodology. Such variations shall not constitute grounds for refund or return eligibility.
Any product exhibiting signs of tampering, decanting, formulation interference, atomizer manipulation, or unauthorized handling shall automatically void return eligibility under our quality assurance compliance standards.
Dastur Fragrances reserves the exclusive right to reject any return request that does not satisfy internal product verification and inspection protocols.
Approved refunds or exchanges, where applicable, may require 7–14 business days for processing.
